On this honored day, all of Omphalos celebrates the Dradeic Liberation Celebration, the moment our realm was freed from the binding chains of Dragons and the meddling hands of Old Deities. It was this victory that gave birth to balance an even playing field where adventurers, heroes, and everyday people alike could write their own stories.

During this festival, students of CKU take on the roles of old gods and mighty dragons through costumes, pageantry, and illusion magic, paying respect to the ancient forces that once ruled this world. Towns, cities, and villages across Omphalos are filled with music, feasting, parades, and performances.

But such large celebrations also invite danger. Mischief-makers, greedy thieves, and those still loyal to draconic or divine cults may seek to disrupt the festivities. The Council of Professors therefore calls upon you, CKU students, to travel into the cities of Omphalos as protectors. Ensure the safety of guests, keep the joy alive, and most importantly join in the merriment yourselves.

Though this is a mission, do not forget that this is a holiday of joy! You are not only protectors you are guests, performers, and participants.

Laugh, dance, sing, and let yourselves celebrate with the people of Omphalos.
